Step 1, Create Your Own Group

- Download and install Kawalo APplication from Play Store, proceed with SignUp
- Create "Happy Family" group | Goto tab Group and touch a "+" (PLUS) sign icon at top right of the screen | select Create Own Group |, enter group's name,for this case enter “Happy Family” (do not use quotes)
- Done. You are now automatically become an Admin as a group's creator.
- Invite your family to join your group . They must use Android device, install the App, Signup and join your group.

Step 2, Create Passive Users

- Use Passive Users for kids, aged or disabilities people. This is usefull if you want to monitor them without needed to signup dan use the smartphone. Now you need to create passive user for John.
- Creating Passive Users | Goto ke tab Group and touch group's box "Happy Family" | select Details | scroll down | at the Passive Users section, touch Add | Enter name John |

Step 3, Complete John's Data

For easier and better to manage, completes John's data. Address, Nickname, Photo, etc. | Goto tab People | John will be shown in the List | Touch picture profile (pp) of John (For now the profile picture shown is a J letter) | Complete the data | Touch Save.

Step 4, Create NFC ID for John

Now as Budi is in your group, get an NFC Tag and assign this NFC Tag to John. Set you device NFC to Enabled.| Goto tab People | touch John's pp | got section NFC Id there is a button for NFC Id | touch the button | the Create Card ID Tag screen shwon | bring close your NFC Tag on the back of the phone | a toast of "Tag Id Detected" shown | touch Write to save/write the Tag |. Now John has an NFC Id inside your "Happy Family" group.

Step 5, Invite more Family to join "Happy Family"

- Ask brother, sister,uncle, your close circle pople, etc to join. How they join your group ? Do this on their phone : | Goto tab Group and touch a "+" (PLUS) sign icon at top right of the screen | select Join Group | enter text 'happy' (without quotes) | all group with word "happy"will be shown | Choose the right group | detail of the group will be shown | scroll down and touch Join |
They need to wait your approval to enable join. What you need to do is check on the chat section, and touch the join request message and touch Approve.
