In this context, school is the external entity, if you can have other family doing the same things, it maybe more easier to collaborates.
What the External Entities Need To Do
Assign trusted person, in this case, Mira as teacher become our trusted person. Mira will use Android device with NFC capable and install the Kawalo App. After Mira installed Kawalo and sigendup. Mira will need to join to your "Happy Family" group
What You Need To Do
Approved Mira when requesting a join to your "Happy Family" group. Enable SCAN capabilities for Mira. Open Kawalo App | Goto tab Groups | touch Group "Happy Family" | select Details | scroll down to Activities section | goto Members section | touch View | all members of "Happy Family" member will be shown, including Mira | select Mira and touch on the NAME FIELD of Mira | Group Attributes of Mira will be shown | Enter description i.e "School Teacher" | checkmark on Allow Scan Operation | touch Save
Setting Completed
For now your "Happy Family" group is already Set Up. Inside the group, there are mmbers which you know. And also Mira as your external trusted person representing the school. And you already authorised Mira to perform SCAN inside your group.
